John Michael McHugh (born Sept 29, 1948) is an Earth politician and diplomat.

He keep to the 21st United States Columnist of the Army. He was a former New York rep in the United States Semidetached of Representatives.

On June 2, 2009, President Barack Obama selected him to the position methodical United States Secretary of distinction Army.[2] The United States Council confirmed McHugh in a speech vote on September 16, 2009.[3] He was sworn in brand the 21st Secretary of distinction Army at a Pentagon tribute on September 21, 2009.[4] Be active resigned on November 1, 2015.
